F.M.A. KUNG FU SYLLABUS

PREPARATION LEVEL

(3-4 months)

Stance, Posture & Footwork. Relaxation and Touch Sensitivity Training

Introduction to Hard Chi-Kung and Da Mo Chi-Kung

FOUNDATION LEVEL

(3 - 4 months)

The Sum Chien (Basic Steps and Hand Movements)

Basic Staff Training.

BASIC LEVEL 1, 2 & 3

(each level 4 - 8 months)

Beginning the Reverse Breathing Exercises.

Staff & Tan Tow Training

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL 1, 2, 3 & 4

(each level 6 - 12 months)

Developing the body Movement

Further Weapons Training

ADVANCED LEVEL 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5

(each level 12 - 24 - 36 - 48 & 60 months)

Developing the Springy Strength, Vibration and The Whip plus Additional Weapons Training

(Selected Students Only) Normally after 18 months + training.
